That’s nice preparation of dishes, but i’m sorry i like to eat garry and apku the way i was raised with it. I don’t like eating western style. Culture is what we scream whever we are!
those are roasted potatoes served with lightly fried spinach… thanks
wow….how did u make d spinach with d potatoes? Love greeness about it.
it would be good if you could have a title for each dish and its ingredients if the title has an African name – I am not African so would really like to know what the ingredients are for some of the dishes. I was not able to describe someo f the dishes or ingredients to the dishes, rather.
omg! you are so evil, just evil……..lol looks so good now can we get some recipes pls
african food is really something for those of you that havent tried it
en, i know it’s spinach. What else did u add to it?
I can tell your big just by looking at your food.
Its big! Healthy full plates of food!
One thing though, your decoration is rather “everywhere”, you got nice food but just put it nicely on the plate.
some of the stuff looks like it came out of a can-like the beans. not good. organic is better.
the sauce starts with the meat( i used liver and kidneys- those are my favorites) then fried with tomatoes, pepper, onion and a little garlic(all fresh)and introduced the spinach at about the last 2 mins… I’m not too good in tutoring so hope i made a little sense…
really nice. do we get the recipes too.
