hahaha….that is funny shit u say….i can speak for myself & the women that i come up with when i say that NOT ALL AMERICAN WOMEN are lazy, unskilled cooks….especially not those in the south….maybe those no good hood rats up in the city can’t cook a decent meal….but we do it big down in all things especially food….so u need to come down to North Carolina & get u some Fried fish, collards, corn pudding & tea…& then u will know…..lol

hi mubbbu, i looked up upton park tube station and found that it’s in london in case anyone was wondering like me. in philly, there are a few west african markets in west philly. also the regular markets carry most of the ingredients.

for those wanting to cook this type of food, there is a good West African shop next to upton park tube station, green street/upton park market also has stalls the sells African food,i’m more of your Pakistani/middle eastern cuisine man myself
