Mixed Gari aka Galifoto in Ewe (West africa ) is a very well known dish in west Africa which composed of mixing Gari with few vegetables .
To enjoy this fine product :

- You will need the following :
> 8 eggs
> 500g of Gari
> 1 fresh tomato
> 2-3 spoon full of tomato puree
> 1 onion
> Oil
- Cooking :

.. Put a half glass of water in the gari :mixed
.. Put salt : judge the salt by tasting it
.. Put a pan on fire :put a little bit of oil in it
.. Put the tomato puree in the oil on the fire : mixed a little bit for about
5-10 minutes or more but not more than 15 minutes
.. Put in the mixed gari :mixed all on thefire for about 5 minutes
.. Cut the onion and fresh tomato
.. Put the onion and tomoto in the fire with the rest: mixed them all well
for about another 2-5minutes
.. Make 8 omelettes with the eggs and mixed them aswell with the rest
on fire for about 2-3 minutes
.. Serve hot
** Notes :
* You can do it all without using fire, some people like it that way ,
but i personaly prefer use fire for everything i eat .
* You can aswell do it all without using the tomato puree (main reason
you won’t use the tomato puree is when you not using fire since the
tomato puree will be too fresh )
* You can aswell leave out the onion if you not using fire ,it will be very
fresh and lot of people don’t like eating fresh onion.
