Come on, That’s a modern way of making Tajin, Of course, It can not be only Moroccan, All arab and people all over the world can make the same tajin.So, Good appetie for everybody.

Salaam Yaa Ukhti, You are right its not pure Moroccan, but its merging different styles to make it nice for everyone. Bit more spicy than original moroccan dish. Shukran.

Salam aleikum, brother. I like to see brothers in the kitchen making great dishes but this is not a moroccan dish (I’m moroccan). I don’t know where it’s come from but I think it’s a arabian mix.

Oh… The only moroccan in your recipe is the plate for the cooking, i mean the Tagine. You said that you are doing a Moroccan Dish. This a Big recipe for fat person. You have to call the recipe: Get fat with that American Dish in Moroccan Plate.
