Children are difficult to feed with good food sometimes, but our fu fu and soup is Gods gift to those children who are fortunate enough to experience it. I am always impressed with how babies particularly start their solids with fu fu. There will be more recipes with our soups to come soon. Thanks for your comment and i will keep you posted.

Your recipe sounds very interesting and i love the fusion of what seems like a Mexican fusion. Food is a wonderful way to celebrate culture and diversity and also to bridge the gap of difference. More recipes coming soon. Thanks for your comment.

I have a friend from Nigeria who taught me to make this. I love it and have made it twice this week ..I put fresh corn and shredded chicken in it and served it over tortilla chips with grated cheese on top, as well as sour cream and diced avocados. Today I served it over brown rice with beef and cooked carrots. I love the heat of the scotch bonnet peppers! I also added, as he suggested, some sweet red peppers.

Thank you for this tutorial. When I watched it, I really thought this is really a simple version. I have to say, my man smirked at me when he saw me add the chicken in the sauce. He always says that I’m a Nigerian that does not know how to cook African food. With the finished product, he ate up most of the chicken and kept commenting about the flavor the chicken had. I complemented the sauce with steamed rice/vegetable mix (carrot, soy, corn, pea mix).
